Web survey entry selection by a mailed invitation letter

The invitation methods of web surveys have been studied from various perspectives, but less is still known about how demographic factors affect the selection entry options in mailed survey letters. In a postal letter, we provided following three to enter our survey: using URL address, emailing researcher get link survey, and texting one’s email address survey. results multinomial logistic regression model show that odds selecting option *“Response by email”* 4.1 times higher for those who primary education than an upper secondary education. addition, increase one year respondent’s age increased approximately 5%. conclusion, older educated people tend select cognitively burdening options.
